Training For Death Valley Ultra Marathon | News

(KPLR) – Tim Burke is training for an ultramarathon (146 miles) in Death Valley to raise funds for SouthSide Early Childhood Center. Burke showed Tim Ezell how he trains in a sauna-type suit.

Tim Burke, who is with Edward Jones and serves as Secretary of SouthSide Early Childhood Center’s board, is hoping to raise $140,000. That would be $1,000 for each child who will be served by the new school.
